Hazy 11

Remember our last year’s Hazy 10 beer? You’ll remember it because it was that nice double dry hopped pale ale in New England style that intrigued the palate of many beer lovers, and in a short time buzzed through our taps. If that’s not enough, then maybe the information that it was a collaborative beer that crowned a long-term business collaboration with our friends from Glam Bar will refresh your memory. It was this novelty in our portfolio that has been brewed in honor of the tenth birthday of this pioneer of beer craft bars in Dubrovnik. Despite all the misfortunes that have befallen the human race lately, we have not given up on continuing this collaboration, so the result of that perseverance is Hazy 11! Hazy 11 follows in the footsteps of its older brother, and it’s also New England Pale Ale hopped with two strong trump cards – Idaho 7 and Cryo Pop Blend! These two allied players bring us a hopped profile with notes of tropical fruit and citrus. To make the story even more interesting, we fermented it with Kveik Voss yeast, which added pleasant notes of orange peel. With a percentage of alcohol of bearly 4.3 percent and an imperceptible 27 units of bitterness this ode to fruit in a glass will not last in our tap room and Glam’s one for long. Sjetiti ćete ga se jet to je bio onaj simpatični duplo suho hmeljeni pale ale u New England stilu koji je zaintrigirao nepca znatiželjnika, i u kratkom roku prozujao našim točionicima. Ako vam ni to nije dosta onda će vam pamćenje osvježiti informacija da je to bilo kolaboracijsko pivo koje je okrunilo dugogodišnju poslovnu suradnju s našim prijateljima iz Glam Bar-a. Upravo taj novitet u našem portfolij je skuhan u čast desetog rođendana tog pionira pivskih craft barova u Dubrovniku. Usprkos svim nedaćama koje su zadesile ljudski rod u posljednje vrijeme, nismo odustali od nastavka ove suradnje, pa je rezultat te ustrajnosti Hazy 11! Hazy 11 nastavlja putem svog starijeg brata, a to je također New England Pale Ale hmeljen s dva jaka aduta – Idaho 7 i Cryo Pop Blend! Ova dva igrača saveznika nam donose hmeljni profil u notama tropskog voća i citrusa. Da priča bude još zanimljivija fermentirali smo ga s Kveik Voss kvascem koji nam je dodao ugodne note kore od naranče. S postotkom alkohola od zanemarivih 4.3 posto i neprimjetnih 27 jedinica gorčine ova oda voću u čaši neće izdržati u točionicima našeg tap rooma i Glama još dugo. Budite dio ove tradicije s nama!
